The Aggregate Washing Machine is a device used to clean the surfaces of aggregates used in coating. Therefore, it is important that the aggregates used are free from clay material.The Mobile Aggregate Washing Machine consists of 5 parts: Aggregate Hopper, Feeder Belt, Screen, Dirty Water Tank, and Truck Loading Belt. It has a portable structure, making it easily transportable. It can also be optionally equipped with a generator.The system is controlled through a single control panel and can be operated directly from the power grid or generator. This device, called Road-WASH 80, effectively carries out aggregate washing processes.
ROAD WASH:
1. Working Principle: The Aggregate Washing Machine consists of various processes to clean the aggregates and separate the dirty water for recycling. Firstly, the aggregates are transported to the washing compartment through the feeder belt. Then, the aggregates are washed and cleaned using water spray nozzles.
