For thermal oil heated type, These coils, made from durable steel tubes, undergo rigorous testing to withstand pressure up to 20 bars. Positioned in multiple layers at the bottom of the tank, the coils maximize heating efficiency, evenly distributing heat throughout the entire tank. This innovative design minimizes the risk of bitumen cracking, even when the tank contains a minimal amount of product.
To further enhance energy efficiency, the tanks are insulated with rock wool. This high-quality insulation material effectively minimizes heat loss, reducing heating costs. By retaining heat within the tank, the insulation ensures that the stored bitumen remains at the desired temperature, optimizing its usability.
Monitoring the product temperature is made easy with the inclusion of an analogical thermometer. This precise temperature gauge allows operators to maintain full control over the heating process, ensuring that the bitumen is always stored and heated at the ideal temperature for its intended use.
In addition to temperature monitoring, the tanks are equipped with different level indicator as manual or automatic. This feature provides accurate information about the amount of bitumen present in the tank, allowing for efficient inventory management.

In situations where Polymer Modified Bitumen (PMB) needs to be stored, the tanks are specially equipped with stirrers. These stirrers ensure proper agitation of the modified binder, maintaining its homogeneity and preserving its unique properties.
