Roader Barrel Melting Plant

Roader Drum Melting Plant operates as a plant for melting solid asphalt shipped in drums from isolated asphalt plants and bitumen terminals. These isolated plants are often located in remote areas that are not served by railroad cars or ships. The Roader Drum Melting Plant is designed as a plant with an integrated hydraulic crane and internal trawler for the transportation and placement of drums into the unit. Heat is applied to the drums to cause the asphalt to drop from the drums, which then falls into the unit’s insulated tank where it is heated to mixing temperature. The barrel melting plant should also include a thermal fluid heater that supplies hot oil to the coils that heat the tank. There is also a pump system for transferring the liquid asphalt to other equipment. The plant has a capacity of 22-40 barrels per hour. Roader Drum Melting Plant is an important facility that plays a critical role in melting asphalt drums for isolated asphalt plants and bitumen terminals. Our advanced barrel melting equipment, equipped with integrated hydraulic crane, internal trolley and thermal fluid heater, ensures efficient and precise melting of asphalt. With our high capacity and focus on safety and sustainability, we stand out as a reliable choice for melting asphalt drums in remote areas.
