Roader Bigbag Bitumen Melting Unit

Roader Bigbag Bitumen Melting Unit is a plant that converts the solid bitumen brought to the asphalt construction site into liquid form by heating it in big bags to a certain temperature. The process starts by lifting the bitumen in the big bag with the help of a crane on the plant. The bottom of the sack is cut off and the bitumen inside is transferred to the bitumen melting unit. Inside the plant, the bitumen is heated to a liquid state by means of serpentines heated by hot oil. The liquid bitumen is transferred to bitumen storage tanks where it is ready for use.
